Our Story

Ritzy Rescue Ranch is a 501(c)(3) organization located in Tooele, Utah. We are dedicated to our mission of providing animals with a second chance for a quality life and inspiring compassion for all beings. We do this by providing a safe, loving home to abused, neglected, and unwanted animals. We envision a world where compassion supersedes exploitation, and animals are treated with respect and kindness.

Our sanctuary residents include horses, cows, donkeys, pigs, goats, sheep, ducks, geese, chickens, cats, dogs and a tortoise. Most of these animals have a “rags to riches” story, with many of them being seniors or requiring specialized care. Our rescue is dedicated to providing these incredible animals with the mental stimulation, rehabilitation, and individualized care they deserve.

We also help to educate the public on animal welfare issues, sustainable living practices, and the benefits of a cruelty-free lifestyle. We believe these three principles are critical to inspiring compassionate change within our communities and advocating for respect and kindness to the animals that live within them. We are a 100% volunteer ran nonprofit. All donations and supplies go directly to the animals.
